European Union & United Kingdom — Statutory Rights

Custom-printed and made-to-order items are exempt from the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off right under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as each item is produced specifically for the individual customer and cannot be resold. This exemption applies to all products in our store, as every item is printed on demand.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your order will enter production immediately and that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at xcjfclx@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This statutory remedy is not affected by the above exemption.
